REFUND POLICY



Summary

If within 30 days following the signup date we did not meet the expectations described on our website, we are going to give you a full refund. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and we’re always here to fulfill your need s. If the service we provided did not meet objective expectations or is not in line with our Terms of Service, you will get your money back.

Organization

Step 1

Inform your account manager or any other authorized representative of FI MEDIA that you are requesting a refund. Please, define the reason why you are requesting a refund, alongside other facts supporting your claim.

Step 2

You will be contacted by a member of FI MEDIA within 48 hours concerning the outcome of your refund request.

Note: In case your refund request has been approved your refund will be treated with 10 of the verification email. In case you paid by Payoneer the funds will be returned to your balance or credit card immediately. If the payment was made directly through a credit card we will process your refund right away, however, it might take up to 3 business days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.

Conditions

You are not qualified for a refund if expectations described on our website were met in full. Nevertheless, if we did not provide the promised results and/or service you will be receiving your money back. Also, if you are not reached by your account manager within 1 business day of signing up, you are adequate for a refund.
